Repairs and maintenance procedures: 

Should you have questions about doors, need spare parts, a repair or you want to find out more about maintenance and repair, please contact our service team. They will be pleased to help you. If it concerns products by other manufactures we try to find the best possible solution for you.

In order to handle your request as fast as possible please keep ready the door and factory number. You can take it from the test book or the type plate (applied on door frame).

Due to our branches in Grimma (Germany), in Fulenbach (Switzerland) and in Mundolsheim (France), we have short response times. This is particularly important for urgent repairs.

Note: Own attempts to repair without expertise can increase the damage and may result in the loss of warranty claims!


Servicing and UVV(German accident prevention regulations) checks:

The safety requirements for power-operated doors are regulated in the guidelines for power-operated doors and gates (ASR A1.7 and machinery directives).

According to these regulations it is obligatory that power-operated doors and gates are to be checked by a technical expert before the first start-up and when required, however, they should be checked at least once a year.

An annual servicing of doors is necessary.

Technical equipment and machines are subject to wear during operation. The task of the maintenance team (servicing, inspection, repair) is to preserve the qualities of performance of the technical equipment and to reassemble the machines and restore the functions.

Servicing means that through regular inspection, careful maintenance and conscientious repair the technical equipment is kept operational and accident-proof.
